Job Summary
The Postdoctoral Fellow will be involved in the technical aspects of a unique CDMRP-funded research project that involves bio-signal processing, near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) and tissue hemodynamics. The incumbent will work under the supervision of Dr. Babak Shadgan, Principal Investigator and Director of the Implantable Biosensing Laboratory. The incumbent will be based at ICORD (www.icord.org). The incumbent will work within a team comprised of researchers, technicians, clinicians and students in the lab as well as other internal labs and our partners in the UBC Department of Computer and Electrical Engineering.
